Enabling Color Queues for Your Jira Service Desk Project

Color Queues can be enabled by Project Administrators within the Jira Service Desk project. By default, the Color Queues setting will be set to "Disabled" for every Jira Service Desk project. 

To enabled Color Queues, in the Project screen click Add-Ons > Color Queues Configuration:

 

Clicking "Color Queues Configuration" will take you to the Color Queues Configuration Screen. By default, Color Queues will be disabled:

To enable and begin using Color Queues for your Service Desk project, enable Color Queues by clicking on the toggle. The below image will be shown when Color Queues is enabled:
